Slieve Donard Resort & Spa, Newcastle

Certainly one of Northern Ireland's best known hotels, The Slieve Donard is located in Newcastle, County Down with stunning views of the Mourne Mountains. The Hotel itself provides good wet weather photograph opportunities - with modern bridal suites, a bright spa area and various classicaly furnished rooms.

Outside, the hotel has a private beach with stunning mountain views. The gardens of the hotel are pretty, but quite exposed to sun and wind. For this reason, many couples go to nearby Castlewellan or Tullymore for photographs, and compliment them with a few photographs on the Slieve's beach and garden.
